314Dreamsandgreens is a beautiful self-catering holiday villa situated within the Vaal de Grace Golf Estate in the heart of Parys. This villa is a great option for a large family or a group of friends as the property spoils with an inviting on-site swimming pool which is great for the summer.
This double-storey villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a full en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Through the sliding doors is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning. This patio leads onto a spacious garden with a sparkling swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
Guests have easy access to the golf course and clubhouse, where they can enjoy a round of golf, dining, and other amenities.

No parties are allowed – quiet hours after 22:00 are strictly enforced. The HOA reserves the right to evict guests should this rule be violated, and guests will be held liable for any fines incurred.
No extra guests are permitted – only pre-registered guests (maximum of 8 adults) will be allowed access to the estate.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house – please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
Keys must be collected from and returned to the main security gate.
No damage deposit is required; however, guests remain responsible for any damage or accidents that may occur during their stay. Please report any damages immediately.
Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 unless otherwise arranged in advance.
