Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must please bring their own beach towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests who do not adhere to this will forfeit the breakage deposit.
Unfortunately, no pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Guests must refrain from playing loud music after 11 pm.
If the maximum occupancy is exceeded without prior arrangements with the host, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Guests are kindly requested to please keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay, as cleaning services are only available Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays aren’t included.
Any damages or loss caused during the guest's stay should be reported to the host immediately.
Guests must refrain from parking in areas designated for other apartments or the building. Prior arrangements should be made for extra parking.
The apartment must be locked at all times and access or keys shouldn’t be granted to unauthorized persons.
Please ensure that doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the apartment.
Guests are requested to use the air conditioning responsibly and not leave it on when leaving the apartment.
The braai must be covered when it’s not in use to prevent damage from weather elements.
The guests must ensure that the gas tank is closed when not in use, and any malfunctions must be reported to the host.
