Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please contact the resort Manager for any queries you might have during your stay at Ocean Breeze Unit 37.
Guests provide their own towels for baths and beaches.
Please note that no pets are allowed and no smoking inside the unit or on the veranda.
No braai permitted on balconies, patios, or corridors. No diving, splashing or boards are allowed in the swimming pool. The picking or removal of plants or shrubs is prohibited.
Occupants of flats are requested not to create a noise nuisance or disturbance to inconvenience other guests.
No parties or functions are allowed.
Overcrowding levy will be charged per day for each additional occupant at a rate.
If additional parking is required, it must be requested, and an additional daily fee will be charged. Guests must report to the site office for the allocation of a parking bay.
A parking bay for one car per flat is provided. The site manager will advise if additional parking bays are available and the cost per day. No unauthorised parking of vehicles will be permitted.
Additional trailer parking needs to be booked in advance at an additional daily fee.
A trailer must be parked in the designated area.
Tenants will be held responsible for an additional cost of shortages, missing items or breakages. Faulty TV sets or electrical appliances must be reported immediately to the owners.
The cleaning service excludes Sundays and public holidays and includes sweeping, mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and making beds.
If you want the cleaning staff to do the dishes you can request them to do so at an additional rate negotiated with them.
