3rd Street Cottage is located in the upmarket suburb of Menlopark in Pretoria. The cottage is located in the back garden of the main house with its own secure parking and courtyard with braai facilities.
The cottage comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet.
The living area is open-plan and the kitchenette contains a bar fridge, a microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, induction stove, a pot and pan, crockery and cutlery. There is also a small dishwasher and washing machine that guests can use. The lounge has a comfortable couch and a TV. There is Wi-Fi and Netflix. If guests wish to connect their own DStv subscription, they can do so using the Apple TV box. Magazines and books are available, and solar power is provided in case of load shedding.
Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available for guests to use and please note that it does not have any fencing or cover and is not ideal for children without adult supervision.
