Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID documents or passports, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. This amount varies depending on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please note that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable daily consumption allowance. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies to arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350.00 will apply.
