Langebaan Holiday Homes – Summary of Terms and Conditions
By making a payment, guests confirm acceptance of all terms. Bookings remain provisional until full payment and proof of payment are received.
Key Rules:
Right of admission is reserved. Estate and house rules must be followed at all times.
The responsible guest must be over 21 and present for the full stay.
Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or breakages during their stay.
Conduct:
No excessive noise, loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour.
Only registered guests allowed; no extra visitors.
No events, commercial activities, or gatherings (e.g. parties, team building).
No smoking indoors and no pets (unless pre-approved).
Guests must take care of the property (cleanliness, security, linen, etc.).
Breakage Deposit:
Used to cover damages or extra cleaning.
Refund processed within 10 business days after departure.
Guests remain liable for any additional costs beyond the deposit.
General:
Facilities are used at own risk.
Guests must comply with local laws and regulations.
Privacy policy available on the website.
Cancellations:
Third-party bookings follow their policies.
7 days or less before arrival: 100% charged.
More than 7 days: 50% charged.
More than 4 weeks: banking fees may apply.
Declaration:
Payment confirms agreement to all terms.
Guests indemnify the owner and LHH against damages or injury.
