Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not permitted.
Please utilize only the designated undercover parking bay assigned to the unit.
Visitors should park in the designated area near the communal swimming pool.
The number of occupants is limited to what was specified in your booking.
Washing and/or laundry not to be hung on any part of the building or common property to be visible from outside the buildings, drying rack to be used inside the unit on the balcony.
Respectable noise levels to be maintained at all times.
Complex Rules & Guest Guidelines

Pets are not permitted.

Guests are to use only the designated undercover parking bay allocated to the unit.

Visitors must park in the designated visitor parking area near the communal swimming pool.

The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the booking.

Property Care & Conduct

Laundry may not be hung on any part of the building or common property where it is visible from outside. A drying rack may be used inside the unit or on the balcony, where not visible.

Guests are required to maintain respectful noise levels at all times.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Matric breakaways are not permitted.

Tampering with vehicles or any property within the complex is strictly prohibited.

Musical instruments may only be used inside the unit and at a reasonable noise level.

Pool equipment must not be tampered with.

Safety & General Conduct

Children must be supervised at all times.

Nude bathing is not permitted.

Littering is strictly prohibited; please make use of designated rubbish bins.

No glassware is allowed in communal areas.

Baby nappies must be disposed of in designated communal refuse areas.

Compliance

Guests are required to adhere to all signage and notices displayed within the complex, as well as the rules and regulations set by the body corporate.

A hard copy of the full rules and regulations is available inside the unit for reference.
