Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules

Parties are not permitted.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and any smoking done inside the unit will result in full deposit loss.
Unfortunately, as per complex rules the unit is not pet friendly and any reports of guests bringing along a pet will result in full deposit loss.
Daily cleaning and servicing are not included, but can be arranged on request and at an additional cost.
A complimentary general service and linen change can be arranged for a week or longer stays. Please contact the host directly to arrange this.
