4 Weavers Pond is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate and has a private splash pool.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are all furnished with a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first 2 bathrooms both have a bath and a shower, while the other 2 bathrooms each have a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
Through the stacking doors is a spacious wooden deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and braai facilities which is a great spot for guests to unwind. This wooden deck also features a splash pool. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and an extra parking space.
