Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

No more than 6 guests are allowed.

No smoking will be allowed on the common property including the pool area.

No one may smoke cannabis anywhere on the common property.

Reasonable silence must be maintained in the Bell
Rock complex on:
Weekdays between 14:00 and 16:00 and after 21:00;
Saturdays between 14:00 and 16:00, and after 22:00;
Sundays between 14:00 – 16:00 and after 20:00.

No animals allowed.

The excessive drinking of alcohol and loud obnoxious behavior as well as of foul language is strictly prohibited.

Children under the age of 14 must remain under the constant supervision of a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

Whenever infants or toddlers are in or around the swimming pool, the adult who is responsible for the care of the infant or toddler should be within arm’s reach to provide supervision.

The wearing of lifejackets or swimming aids in the swimming pool area is compulsory for children who cannot swim.
