Die plek is baie veilig en is goed geleë, maar vir ons 3 dae se verblyf het ons geen warm water gehad nie. Nadat ons dit gerapporteer het, het hulle dit nie reggemaak nie. Jy moet ook jou eie krag laai as dit klaar is, dus nie lekker om op enkelbeddens te slaap as jy 'n getroude paar is nie.

We apologise for the water being only warm but not hot due to a fault with the geyser’s thermostat, which we have already fixed.

Regarding the beds' configuration, we always offer the possibility of converting the beds into a king bed 24 hours in advance (please refer to the email sent to you on 20 January 2024), and we could have made it the following day for you.

As a business trip it was not very convenient, bad lighting and no dedicated workspace.

As I was on a business trip it was difficult to co-ordinate arrival and handing over of the keys as plane was late and collecting car took much longer than usual. Was continuously phoned to see where I was as the person meeting me had to go somewhere. Traffic into Cape Town was busy and it further delayed me. Likewise upon departure had online meetings and was advised that I could not have a later check out. After 11 latest and the attendant entered whilst I was still in the apartment. Was uncomfortable. DStv was mostly not working and suggest they should load the apps for DStv, Netflix and Showmax as most of us have a subscription to one of these services. The tv channels are extremely limited with no international news channels available on the package.

Goeie waarde vir geld.

Baie naby V&A Waterfront en by CTICC. Baie netjies, die konstruksiewerkers langsaan is redelik vroeg aan die gang, maar oor die algemeen uitstekend.
