Description

414 Rose Cottage is a charming 2-bedroom holiday home situated in the small town of Clarens, just 200 m from the village square with its shops, restaurants and cafés. Guests can enjoy views of Mount Horeb Mountain, and the Eastern Maluti mountains towards Golden Gate National Park from this tastefully furnished home.

The house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen is situated on the lower level and is equipped for self-catering with crockery and cutlery, glasses, cookware, utensils, a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine, and dishwasher for guests convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open-plan dining room, leading to the lounge and out onto the patio, complete with patio furniture and portable braai facilities.

Just off the lounge is the main bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. Ascending the stairs is a second bedroom on the upstairs level, which contains a queen-size bed. This bedroom also contains 2 single beds, separated from the queen-size bed by a partition. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The lounge is equipped with a TV with full DStv and Netflix. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to off-road parking behind an automated security gate for 2 cars and garage space for 1 car. There is also a swing set and a seesaw in the garden for young children.
