House Rules
The property is located in a residential area — please respect neighbours and keep noise levels low at all times. No parties, loud music, or disruptive behaviour allowed.
The maximum number of guests as per the booking may not be exceeded. No unregistered visitors permitted.
No events, functions, or gatherings (including parties, matric groups, bachelor/hen parties, or similar) are allowed.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed, unless by prior arrangement (guide dogs only).
Please do not use bath towels for the beach — guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The property contains stairs — please take care. (Include only if applicable)
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and the alarm is armed when leaving the property.
Please leave the house in a neat and tidy condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Stained or damaged linen, or any missing/damaged items, may result in additional charges.
Important Notes
The person responsible for the booking must be over 21 years of age and present for the full stay.
Right of admission is reserved.
