• Check-out: 10:00
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties or events are strictly not permitted.
• Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Loss of keys/remotes will be charged accordingly.
• Long-term stays (over 30 nights) are not accepted.
