House Rules
• Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 (late check-in available by prior arrangement).
• Check-out is by 10:00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Loss of keys or remotes will be charged accordingly.
• Long-term stays (over 30 nights) are not accepted.
