House Rules
Daily and laundry services are available at an additional cost.
General:
- Be considerate to your neighbouring occupants.
- No excessive noise allowed after 22hoo and quiet by 24hoo.
- No external hanging of washing.
- Do not ask the staff to wash cars or undertake personal tasks.
- Do not exceed the capacity of the accommodation.
- No fishing bait within the property.
Pool:
- No noise between 22h00 and 08h00
- No glasses or bottles in the pool area.
- No playing of loud music.
- Gates must be kept closed at all times.
Pets:
- No animals allowed.
Parking:
- Only one car and trailer/boat in the carport area per flat.
- Parking in the designated bay number only.
We are in a nature reserve - World Heritage Site:
- Do not feed the monkeys.
- Do not feed wild cats.
- Be aware of snakes, hippos, and crocodiles in the complex. Take note of the signs and warnings.
- No fireworks.
