House Rules
Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
Pets are not allowed.
Laundry is not permitted on the balconies.
No furniture may be moved or rearranged in the apartment.
No bicycles, gym equipment, surfboards, roller blades, wetsuits, skateboards, or kiteboards are permitted inside the unit. Only standard guest luggage is allowed, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
No visitors are allowed without prior approval from management.
A maximum of 2 guests per unit is permitted.
All guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in; no entry will be permitted without valid identification.
Keys will only be handed over to the booking guest once all outstanding amounts have been settled. Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee.
Check-in after 19h30 without prior communication will be regarded as a no-show. Late check-ins after 19h00 may incur an additional charge payable on arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, management approval, and an additional charge per hour, payable in advance.
Cash deposits and payments are subject to an additional administration fee. Credit card transactions are subject to a 4.8% processing fee.
