The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and in the living area there is a tri-bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a child-only single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure,
provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.
Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
