House Rules
The rooms are rented as a single unit, with a maximum of 2 guests per room. Guests are responsible for any damage to linen, electrical items, or other contents.
The owner resides on the property in a separate area from the guest rooms. Please note that the guest rooms are not fully enclosed; older children without parental supervision are welcome.
Bicycles are not permitted to be stored or kept overnight in the guest rooms.
