We kindly ask you to read our unit rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

Very Important:
Please keep all windows without burglar bars closed to prevent monkeys from entering the apartment. When leaving the apartment, make sure all doors are closed. This is important for your safety and to avoid any damage or disturbance caused by these animals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No open flames in the flat.
No events or parties allowed.
Quiet time: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please turn the fan off when you go out.
No pets allowed.
No extra guests allowed to stay over.
Please respect the property. Damages will result in forfeit of the security deposit.
Parking bay 7 is designated for parking. Please do not park in other residents’ bays.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Please lock the keys in the key holder at the door when leaving.
Cleaning services will be provided upon request by guest at a price.
Guests will be fully responsible for payment of cleaning services
