Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate. Banking details for the refundable breakage fee will be provided upon acceptance and deposit payment.
Please adhere to the number of guests upon booking.
Pets are prohibited
Only gas braai's are allowed, please make use of the communal braai area situated at the swimming pool.
Towels and clothing may not be hung over the balconies, railings and in/over windows to dry.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool.
Please dispose household refuse in the wheelie bin provided at the entrance of the block.
Please bring along towels for swimming and bathing, as well as your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper. The first roll of toilet paper is provided.
Should you require the unit to be serviced, please inform the host 24 hours before the required service.
The hosts do not provide a cleaning service, but can be arranged and will be paid for separately. Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Check-in no earlier than 14:00.
No keys can be released without the full and final settlement.
Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in the host's bank account 10 days prior to arrival. Keys need to be collected from Providence Care Takers's office.
Keys must be returned to Providence Care Takers's office.
Tenants will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not returned after vacating the premises.
The hosts cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order, the hosts cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
