In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R600.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Kindly note that we charge a refundable security deposit for your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
From 10pm to 9am (22h00 to 09h00) no noise is allowed
No Parties
Max of 6 guests at any given time
No Matric Rage bookings
Body Corporate Rules always apply
No Events
Body Corporate Fines will be charged and the full cost will be payable by the guest
There is a disturbance of the peace fine
There is a damage to Common Property fine (Plus cost of restoration)
Throwing of objects over balconies fine applies as well (Plus cost of damage repair)
Abuse of Sea Lodge Staff, illegal parking, glass in swimming pool, feeding of monkeys, and unauthorized access to restricted areas all have fines that apply.
In the event that guests continue, they will be requested to depart immediately and be evicted in accordance with South African Law. The apartment is serviced daily, except Sundays and public holiday’s.
