Smoking of any kind, including marijuana and cigarettes, is not permitted inside the apartment or on the premises.
No visitors are allowed.
Social gatherings, loud noise, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests who disturb the peace may be asked to vacate the apartment.
Refuse may not be left outside apartment doors or in stairwells. Please dispose of all waste in the designated bins.
A complimentary daily clean, including fresh linen, will be provided during the stay.
