Description
9 The Pin is a luxurious holiday home designed for families and nature lovers, offering a relaxing “home away from home” experience within the prestigious Zimbali Coastal Estate. Surrounded by lush natural beauty, this spacious property provides the perfect escape from busy city life.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests and features 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite and located on the first floor. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and opens onto a private balcony. It includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large jet bath, sauna, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with either a bath or shower. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the sixth bedroom has two single beds; these rooms share a guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also available, and all linen and towels are provided. The first floor also includes an additional lounge area with tea- and coffee-making facilities.
On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen featuring a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, two fridge-freezers, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central breakfast island adds convenience, while a dishwasher and washing machine are available for extended stays.
The kitchen flows into a bright dining area with seating for 8, complemented by large windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Adjacent is a comfortable lounge with seating, a TV, and a bar area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Sliding doors lead out to a patio with outdoor furniture, overlooking the private swimming pool and garden. Guests can also enjoy braai (barbecue) facilities and a jungle gym for children, making it ideal for family stays.
Additional features include a battery backup inverter system to power essential items during outages and ample on-site parking.
Please note that access to Zimbali Coastal Estate is strictly controlled. The Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre requires a minimum of 48 hours to process all guest identification documents (ID, passport, or driver’s licence). Bookings made within this timeframe cannot be accommodated. Uber and taxi access is not permitted within the estate, and guests are advised to arrange their own transport. No day visitors are allowed.
