House Rules

House Rules – Binding Agreement
Failure to comply with the following will be regarded as a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction without refund or compensation.

Noise Restrictions
No loud music is permitted inside the house at any time.
Under no circumstances is music allowed outside the house.
No loud talking, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is allowed.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 and 08:00.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas and must be done considerately, ensuring cleanliness and fire safety.

Guests, Parties and Visitors
Parties and gatherings of any kind are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved by the hosts.
No external visitors are allowed on the premises unless explicitly approved via WhatsApp or the booking platform at least 24 hours prior to the visit.
Commercial photography, filming, or product sales from this self-catering accommodation are strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Property Rules
The property operates under a strict code of conduct.
Repeated or serious breaches may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Laundry and Appearance Standards
94onGrey bathroom towels may not be used in the hot tub or taken to the beach. Beach towels are provided and must only be used for the hot tub.
All linen must remain on the beds and may not be used as tablecloths, taken outside, or used in any areas of the house other than the bedrooms.

Condition of the Property
Guests are expected to leave the house in the same clean and tidy condition as upon arrival.
Any damage, rearranged furniture, or excessive mess requiring deep cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Use of Facilities
A wood-fired hot tub is available for guest use under the following conditions:
Use at your own risk.
No music or loud behaviour is permitted while using the hot tub.
The hot tub must be treated with respect and left clean.
Any misuse or damage will be charged to the guest.

Access Control
Keys are for the exclusive use of booked guests and must not be given to any other person.
No copies of any keys may be made under any circumstances.
Lost keys must be reported immediately to the police and the owners or host.
All external gates must remain closed at all times. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure gates are properly secured after use.

Breakages and Repairs
We understand accidents happen. Please report any breakages or faults immediately.
Prompt reporting enables us to resolve issues before the next guest’s arrival and helps avoid costly emergency repairs.
Failure to report damage may result in the guest being charged without prior notice. All breakages and damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.
If a guest fails to pay for damage or repairs, interest will be charged at the prevailing legal rate until the amount is settled in full. Non-payment is a breach of this agreement and may lead to legal action, including recovery through court proceedings.

By booking with us, the guest acknowledges responsibility for the above.
