Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R20000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This villa operates a strict no-party and no-noise disturbance policy.
The property is not child-friendly.
Professional pool cleaning and garden services are scheduled on a regular routine. Guests will be informed of the days these services are due by the housekeeper or management company. Service days are pre-arranged and cannot be changed.
Only the guests who signed the booking agreement may use the property.
This is a non-smoking property. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside the premises. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use, and cigarette butts must not be littered in the garden.
Hookah pipes are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
No pets or animals are allowed on the property at any time. Breaching this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Any costs for professional cleaning of furniture or carpets, fumigation, or damage to the garden and outdoor areas will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
