House Rules
Arrival & Keys: The staff stays on the premises, so access is always possible. Guests will not be handed keys or remotes.
Early Check-in/Out: Requests for an early check-in or late check-out are always subject to availability.
Indemnity Form: An indemnity form will be sent after your booking is confirmed, which must be completed and returned before arrival.
Smoking & Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free environment.
Quiet Hours: No loud noises after 22:00 and before 08:00. No hooting or shouting in the street is allowed at any time.
Kitchen Policy: Rooms are only suitable for heating up food. No cooking is permitted.
Security: Please ensure that all rooms are locked at night.
On-Site Residents: The owner and their dog (a Dapple Dachshund) reside on the premises and are available to assist with any questions or local advice.
Accessibility: The main room is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Pets: The property is not pet-friendly.
Visitors & Capacity: No overnight guests are allowed without the knowledge and approval of the owners. Exceeding the sleeping capacity will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.
Prohibited Items: Guests may not bring in or use any illegal substances, firearms, or items deemed dangerous to persons or property.
Eco-Friendly Stay: Please use the air-conditioner only when necessary, and use water and electricity sparingly.
Damages & Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and tidy. Guests are individually responsible for any damage to their unit. Please report any issues immediately so management can assist.
Respect: Please respect other guests on the property.
