I never realised the area was very much a student-type area: very noisy, shouting, loads of walkers, etc. So bringing a family, all girls, into this area would not have happened if I had been here before. I specifically chose a room above and under one another and around the pool, as the 4-sleeper was above and the 2-sleeper below. The intention was to have my wife stay with the girls in the 4-sleeper and myself on my own just below. We love spending time together as a family, so by being close we could “visit” each other. However, the host thought it better to send my kids to the other side of the house and tried to get my wife and me to stay together by the pool. My girls are all under 14 years old. I was actually taken aback by this silly suggestion, and also by the fact that she had moved our rooms apart so we could no longer just go up or down for a visit, but had to walk to the other side of the property.
