AC301 - On the Beach 17 is a comfortably furnished self-catering apartment with partial sea views and an air conditioner, located in the secure On The Beach complex. On The Beach says it all and is situated 6 km out of town and ideal for visitors who want to be as close as possible to the beach. Platz Am Meer shopping mall is a 5-minute drive from the complex.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards. The second bathroom contains a bath with handheld shower attachment, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and a washing machine. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a flat-screen TV, and an indoor braai. DStv is available by prior arrangement.
