Agulhas Splendour is set within L’Agulhas Private Nature Reserve, a secure gated community offering breathtaking panoramic sea views and stunning valley landscapes. The comfortable and neat unit is part of a larger house. The lower floor, with a private entrance, is fully enclosed.
The home accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults across 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. There are 2 couches for 2 children under the age of 8 in the living area, and there is also a guest bathroom fitted with a toilet and a washbasin off the open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area.
The open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge with a TV loaded with Netflix, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a double-door fridge-freezer(Ice & cold water), gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Linens and towels are provided. The living area extends onto a private balcony with a built-in braai and breathtaking views.
Guests can request a cleaning service, for longer stays at an additional cost. Arrangements to be made with host who will arrange for the service.
