Split a family of 4 into two different parts.

Rooms separated, so the family was separated. Globe not fitting in beside lamp, most doors had no handles, not enough toilet paper for a family of 4.

Absolutely lovely and will definitely be staying again.

Absolutely loved my stay. Clean, friendly, in the perfect spot and am definitely going to be staying there again.

Friendly host. The place is close to restaurants and the beach. It's a safe area for a vacation.

The place was clean, close to shops and the beach. The stay was nice.

The home is comfortable, but unfortunately the ad does not mention that the second bedroom is separate and not part of the main section with kitchen and lounge. It made security an issue since, if the beams were activated for the night, guests using the second bedroom could not exit their room until the guest in the main section deactivated the beams. Only one remote was provided.

It was also unfortunate that the hospitality was not great. Our experience with the hostess has put me off Paternoster as a whole. I think hosts/hostesses should be aware of the huge impact they have on a guest's perspective of a town/city.

Die huis is lekker ingerig om gesellig te wees, perfek vir 'n paar dae weg van die huis. Lekker privaat met 'n groot grasperk.

Baie rustig.

Lekker stapafstand vanaf alle eetplekke en die see.

Rustige atmosfeer, privaat en 'n ideale plek vir 'n lekker kuier saam familie en vriende.

Dit is 'n baie lekker plek om weg te breek, alles was netjies. Ons het niks kort gekom aan enigiets nie want die nodige dinge was beskikbaar. Ons sal enige 1 aanbeveel. Ons beplan om weer terug te gaan in die somer om gebruik te maak van die swembad ook.

Great getaway.

I stayed at Ahoy Farmhouse 3 during the Easter weekend with my 2 children. It was within walking distance to everything. I never at any stage felt unsafe even though I was there as a female alone with my children. Would highly recommend this place for your next getaway.

Aangename verblyf in die hartjie van Paternoster.

Die huis is karaktervol, netjies en goed toegerus en stapafstand van restaurante.

Vriendelike gasvrouw, mooie ruimte, ligging in die centrum van die dorp, swembad baie netjies.

Ons het dit baie geniet met ons vriende. Daar is TV, grote fridge met groot vriesgedeelte, mooi en lekker swembad, jy kan stap naar die see toe, ens.

Dit was 'n baie lekker kuier. Sal weer gaan.

Gasvrou was vriendelik en ons met inligting oor restaurante en plekke gegee.

My stay was not that bad except for the water problem.

The first night I had hot water, second night there was not hot water. I was told that the geyser burst, and that I would be refunded for 1 day. No refund was made. I was given an option to move opposite the road to another place, but I did not accept. The inconvenience to pack up everything and move was not cool. Secondly also the fact that one can not get day visitors; not ayoba at all! The "house rules" did not mention anything about day visitors. I came all the way from Port Elizabeth, to visit my family in Paternoster whom I haven't seen for ages, just to be told that no day visitors allowed. That did not go down well with me.

Affordable and comfortable but could be cleaner.

The entrance was a bit difficult to find but Camile was very helpful getting us to where we needed to be. Our check-in felt a bit rushed. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and private. It had everything you needed except we could not find a mop and there were a few uncleaned spills on the kitchen floor when we arrived. Sat at the pool for a bit and braaied in the evening. It was only for one night but we could cheerfully have stayed a week. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Loved the location, the pool and the facilities of the house incl. condiments like salt and pepper being available. It's so convenient.

We loved the fact that there were fans, "braai bak" for meat, salt and pepper, cooking oil, sunlight liquid. the way you have set up your facility makes a short getway very convenient.

Fantastic stay. Perfect for us and our 2 furr babies.

10/10 - ticked all our boxes and staff very professional, accommodating and friendly. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

Perfect and safe place to stay.

This is the perfect getaway for a family vacation. It is safe. Near shops and the beach is close by. I would go there anytime.

Clean and bright and comfortable.

We were unexpectedly upgraded to Ahoy 2 - a beautiful, large 3 en-suite bedroom accommodation. Clean and bright and comfortably fitted with all amenities. Hop, skip and a jump to restaurants and the beach - whilst not on the beach, it is within walking distance and very centrally situated.

Gerieflike en skoon akkommodasie.

Baie rustige atmosfeer, huis is skoon en mens voel veilig. Gerieflike stoep met tuin en swembad. Loopafstand van strand en winkels. Daar kort net 'n rakkie in die stort om seep en sjampoe op neer te sit.

The stay at Ahoy Farmhouse 3 was very amazing and relaxed too. Very peaceful.

Absolutely lovely!

It's our second visit in just a few weeks to the same accommodation. The small negatives have been resolved. The last visit was lovely and this one even better. The bird life is amazing, the local tortoises amusing, the garden is quiet (note that this is right in the middle of town and you would never know it). The accommodation is clean and tidy,the kitchen is well equipped and we love the shutters. There was a problem with water pressure to the entire town and Camilla kept us informed throughout our stay.

Although in the middle of Paternoster, it's incredibly quiet. Loved the house and surrounds.

The only complaint is the toaster was broken and the alarm is faulty. Otherwise, we both loved the whole setup. The large stoep has plenty of seating. The house has everything we needed. The surrounding gardens and pool area are well looked after and lovely for bird watching. Yes, we most certainly would love to go back.

Goeie en ruim oornagplek.

Die gasvrou kon ons ongelukkig nie ontvang nie, maar ons het die sleutel by die restaurant langsaan gekry en verder heeltemal goed oornag.

Baie vriendelike ontvangs en fantastiese fasiliteite.

Die huis was silwerskoon met alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Die beddens is baie gemaklik en die badkamers is pragtig met 'n lekker groot stort. Die gronde is baie veilig om jou motor op te los. Die huise is binne loopafstand van verskeie restaurante en die strand. Sal definitief weer hier bly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cottage was well equipped.

Baie netjies en alles wat mens nodig het vir 'n naweek weg. Die huis het moderne plaashuis gevoel en die ligging is naby aan alles in middel van dorp. Die swembad was veral 'n bonus. 2de keer wat ons hier bly en sal weer terug wees.

'n Uitstekende uitspanplekkie in Paternoster.

Ahoy Farmhouse 3 was 'n aangename verrassing. Dit was die ideale grootte vir ons familie van 4, goed toegerus en keurig gemeubileer, sodat mens onmiddelik tuis gevoel het. Ons het beslis lekker uitgespan. Camilla, die eienaar, is baie vriendelik en flink met raad. Dis ook uitstekend geleë - naby als, maar ver genoeg om rustig te kan verkeer. Sal weer daar oorbly.

Dit was rustig veilig en skoon.

Sekuriteit veilig, rustig, skoon en alles wat 'n mens nodig het was daar! Mense is baie vriendelik.

Baie rustig en aangenaam.

Het die rustigheid en die atmosfeer geniet, die plekkie was mooi, netjies en skoon en die prys per nag was baie billik, sal sekerlik hoogs aanbeveel, baie dankie.

Hoogs tevrede.

Lieflike, ruim en moderne eenheid. Die tweede slaapkamer is 'n bonus! Camilla is vriendelik en baie behulpsaam. Sekuriteit is van hoogstaande gehalte. Sal beslis weer daar tuisgaan. Baie dankie!

Ons is vriendelik ontvang, het heerlik gebly (al was dit slegs vir een nag) en het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het.

Baie aangename verblyf.

Baie dankie vir die pragtige, skoon en netjiese plekkie, ons het die verblyf baie geniet en gaan definitief weer terugkom vir 'n langer tydjie.
