The apartment is ideal for couples or business travellers visiting Cape Town. Wake up to spectacular views of Table Mountain. Walking into this quaint apartment complex, you’ll feel at home. Getting to the apartment is to climb four flights of stairs (no elevator in building), however don’t let this discourage you from reaching your home away from home. This comfortably furnished studio apartment has an open-plan design, an en-suite bathroom and a large living space. The living room has a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. The lounge leads onto a fully equipped kitchen which has all modern facilities and leads onto a huge terrace from penthouse level with spectacular views towards Table Mountain. The apartment is a great way to wake up to the mountain view every day. The apartment complex is situated around the corner from Kloof Street with nice bars, restaurants and everything else you need.

House Rules

A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest’s account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
All guests are personally met to complete the check-in process, which is scheduled by the hour in advance on a first-come, first-served basis between 14:00 and 18:00. As multiple properties are managed and the team is not based on-site, accommodating specific preferred times may not always be possible; however, every effort will be made to meet guest preferences. Please note that for check-ins after 18:00, an additional fee is payable upon arrival before keys are handed over.
