Alkira Lodge is a spectacular retreat set within a private fynbos reserve near Knysna, offering panoramic views of the sea, mountains, lakes, and rivers. The property provides a tranquil and secluded setting while remaining within easy reach of nearby beaches, golf courses, and the many attractions of the Garden Route.
Accommodation is offered in a choice of 6 en-suite rooms within the main lodge, which can also be booked exclusively as a private villa. Each room is furnished with comfortable beds and features an en-suite bathroom, as well as a private patio with scenic views. Alternatively, Shufflers’ Villa @ Alkira is available as a separate 3-bedroom villa, with each bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom. This villa offers added privacy and is suitable for families, with children of all ages welcome when booked for exclusive use.
Guests staying at the lodge enjoy a bed-and-breakfast offering, with the option of dinner prepared by an on-site chef. Villa bookings include breakfast and can be arranged on a self-catering basis or with a private chef for additional meals.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool, a hot tub overlooking the surrounding landscape, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and a guest bar.
