Description

All Rounder Holiday Homes is situated on the scenic R44, on the edge of the most bio-diverse valley on the planet, the Kogelberg Biosphere. This area is hugely popular due to its sandy beaches and dunes, scenery, mountains and hiking trails, and is the perfect location for whale watching.

This comfortable house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms contain each 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 4 single beds and can be converted into 2 king-size beds on request. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second sharing bathroom has 2 showers, a toilet and basin. There is also a separate toilet with a basin.

The open-plan living space consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, chest freezer, microwave and a breakfast nook. Outside is a sink with hot water. The home feature an indoor and outdoor braai, with all braai utensils. There is parking available for 3 vehicles behind a remote controlled gate. For guests entertainment, there are 2 TV's with full DStv, a pool table, fingerboard and a dartboard. Guest need to bring with own darts.
