House Rules

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late check-out may be arranged by prior request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Bookings for 2 guests include the use of 1 bedroom only. Guests requiring separate bedrooms must advise the establishment before arrival.

Day visitors are permitted until 22:00 by prior arrangement. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00.

Smoking is not permitted inside the units or elsewhere on the property, except in the designated smoking area.

Please do not move any furniture within the units.

Each unit has a dishwasher and dishwashing tablets available for guest use.

One parking bay is allocated per unit. Additional parking may be available by prior arrangement.

The property does not have a reception area. Key collection and check-in arrangements will be provided prior to arrival.

Bicycles, kayaks, electric scooters, and similar equipment are not permitted inside the units and must be secured in the designated outdoor area.
