Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The houses are serviced daily.
A breakage deposit is payable at least 7 working days before arrival and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days, after the house has been scrutinised and all is found in order.
Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the full payment having been received.
The property is dog-friendly; a once-off pet deposit of R200 per pet is payable upon arrival. A maximum of two small dogs.
