Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Aloha House Number 16 is accessible by 4x4 vehicle only. Guests are advised to reduce tyre pressure by between 1.2 and 1.5 bars when travelling to the estate. Two-wheel drive vehicles are not permitted, as they may cause damage to the estate roads.

The swimming pool at the property is not fitted with safety features, and the use of the swimming pool and associated facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk.

Guests are required to bring their own toilet paper, drinking water, food and drinks, firelighters, and personal items.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be returned after departure, once the property and its inventory have been inspected.

A compulsory daily staff tip applies for each staff member of R70.00 per day, including the days of arrival and departure. This can be paid to the staff in cash on your departure day. The property includes a full-time housekeeper and gardener who attend to the house daily.

Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability, depending on incoming bookings. An additional fee applies for this service and will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

Pets are not permitted at any properties. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All estates enforce a noise curfew at 22:30, and failure to comply with these rules will result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
