Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R300 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
The owner, manager, or staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, or death, or for the loss, destruction, or damage to property due to fire, theft, or any cause beyond the reasonable control of Anchor @4. Guests are advised not to leave valuable items unattended inside or outside the unit.
Items within the unit may not be removed or used off the premises, including for beach visits, picnics, outings, or braai visits.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the unit. A designated smoking area is available outside.
Please report any damages immediately, as these will be charged to your account before check-out and must be settled accordingly.
Lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement and call-out fee.
Pets are not permitted. Parties, events, loud music, and unregistered guests are not allowed.
Water conservation is important in the Western Cape, and guests are kindly requested to use water sparingly. After showering, please switch on the extractor fan and ensure toilets are flushed before check-out.
