Description

Annie's is a flat with one bedroom, a living area and bathroom, suitable for a couple or a family of up to 4 people, in an exceptionally large garden, only 500m from the swimming beach an 200m from the shops and restaurants.

Annie's flat is part of 3 units (Annies, Fagans and Erika) on private property. The units are rented out separately, but can also be rented out as a whole. Each unit is self-contained, and Annies has an under roof stoep with its own braai on wheels so that you can move it to any part of the garden you like. Lower down in the garden is another braai area under the trees.

The double bedroom has a double bed, and the living area has 2 single bed divans, which is your couches by day and beds by night, making it ideal for couple, or a family of up to 4 people.

The kitchen area forms part of the living area and has a frige/deep freeze combination, a 2- plate stove and oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, and all the utensils you might need. There is also coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, sunlight liquid, and a container with rusks.

The TV is connected to a dish and has an OVHD decoder. Guests can bring their own decoder to watch DStv.

There is also fast unlimited fibre Wi-Fi as well as a UPS to ensure Wi-Fi during loadshedding.

The bathroom has a toilet, washing basin and shower. Toilet paper and liquid soap are provided.

The big fynbos garden gives a tranquil atmosphere, is ideal for bird watching and connecting with nature. Some parts of the garden has limited sea views, and you can hear the ocean well, especially at night.
