Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed. Guests may be liable for a fine for smoking violations.

Parties are not allowed.

An additional fee applies for check-in after 18:00 PM, and a higher additional fee applies for check-in after 22:00 PM, payable on arrival.

No loud noise is permitted after 21:00 PM, and no noise is permitted after 23:00 PM.

A copy of all guests’ ID or passport documents may be required for registration with the building management.

No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and only booked guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Guests are required to sign a document on arrival confirming the house rules.

For monthly rentals of 30 nights or longer, electricity usage is limited for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments.
