Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The unit is self-catering.

No service during your stay; however, the unit has a washing machine.

Guests need to bring their own towels, cleaning groceries, DStv decoder and card and bottled water

No Pets allowed

No smoking or burning of incense allowed inside or outside the units

We unfortunately do not accept student groups,
Bachelor groups or bachelorette parties as we are only suitable for families or couples.

The unit is furnished for 4 adults and 3 children only, the bunk beds are not suitable for adults.

There are steps to the unit and to the beach and it is not suitable for the frail.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable before arrival.

Parking is open-air, fenced with a remote-controlled gate.

Please take note that this unit is in a beachfront complex; access is via another stand that is not part of our unit.

Guests may experience water pressure issues from time to time; make sure you have drinking water. The Local AGS Church has made their borehole available should any water issues occur so you can refill for free.

Keep an eye on local news & media as spillage does occur from time to time on the beaches and rivers; do not drink river water.

The owners and/or agents will not be held responsible for these circumstances nor grounds for cancellation.

Guests are advised not to drink the water from the taps and use bottled water only for drinking and cooking.

Preferably do not swim in the lagoon; however, make use of the lovely paddle boats to enjoy the lagoon.

KZN's beaches are subject to unforeseen closures by the authorities from time to time, which are out of the control of the owners of this unit.
