House Rules
This property is a private residence and not intended for use as a party venue. Guests are kindly requested to maintain a peaceful environment for the comfort of all guests and surrounding neighbors.
The maximum number of overnight guests permitted is six, and this limit must be respected at all times.
To maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests who wish to smoke are asked to do so outdoors and to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly using the sand bucket provided.
If the indoor wood-burning heater is used, the door must remain closed at all times during operation to ensure both safety and heat efficiency.
To respect the surrounding community, noise levels should be kept to a minimum, particularly during late-night hours. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the calm and tranquility of the farmhouse setting.
All furnishings and amenities should be treated with care. Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be reported immediately.
Guests are expected to keep the farmhouse tidy throughout their stay, especially in shared spaces such as the kitchen and living areas. Cleaning up after oneself is appreciated.
Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged, and guests are asked to follow the provided guidelines for separating recyclables.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Should guests require alternative arrangements, they are requested to inform the host in advance.
