Linen and towel,s as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities, are provided.
Please note, you are required to have your valid physical Identification document (ID/ Passport/Driver's) on arrival for check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
