Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration details (if applicable), and an estimated arrival time prior to check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
This unit features frosted windows along one wall, designed to ensure privacy while still allowing in soft, natural light.
Please note that construction is currently taking place across the road from the property, which may result in consistent noise and increased activity in the surrounding area.
A late check-in fee applies.
This fee is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.
If you want this aligned with your “no pricing displayed” rule as well, I can remove the amounts and keep it fully compliant.
