Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please be considerate of neighbouring residents and keep noise levels to a reasonable level at all times.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, music and noise must be kept to a minimum.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Only the number of guests included in the booking may occupy the property. Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
The lighting of fireworks is not permitted anywhere on the property or within the complex.
Furniture may not be moved without prior permission from management.
The Weber braai may only be used with charcoal. Wood fires are strictly prohibited.
A gas braai is available for guest use.
Please respect all complex rules relating to parking areas, roads, pathways, and common property.
Vehicle hooters may not be used within the complex except in the case of an emergency.
Guests are requested to leave the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon departure.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the termination of the booking.
