House Rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests specified on the booking invoice at any time.
Loud music is not allowed after 22:00.
Parties and group events on the property are not permitted, and management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
The property staff does not have the authorisation to make credit card payments on behalf of guests, but they accept EFT/Bank transfers. However, no cash will be accepted for breakage fees, balance payments, or refunds.
A key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days after the house has been inspected and all are found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at an additional cost per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time. Please note that the property is not enclosed.
