Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Children under the age of seven are not allowed.
Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity and to recycle where possible. Glass, plastic, and paper waste are collected weekly for recycling.
The geyser operates daily from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. These times can be adjusted by prior arrangement. The shower is fitted with a high-efficiency HG Raindance water-saving head.
Double-glazed windows and additional thermal roof insulation are provided to help reduce the need for heating and cooling.
Loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
Visitors are not allowed on the premises, and only guests listed in the booking may be accommodated.
