House Rules
No smoking inside the rooms; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Do not leave food unattended, as monkeys visit the area.
Units do not contain ovens.
Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels.
Only 1 car is permitted per unit.
Pet Policy: Small dogs are permitted in the Garden-facing Cottage unit only, and strictly by prior arrangement.
Written acknowledgement that guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
A copy of each guest’s ID and vehicle registration details maximum of 1 car per unit.
Group bookings are not allowed.
