Fabulous and exceptional customer service. We had a fantastic stay. We were accommodated by ATKV with an alternative room with a shower, as I did request a shower through the website and when we arrived our room was booked with a bath. Fortunately, reception did come to our rescue for which we are so greatful. Absolutely great customer service, friendly staff and immaculate rooms and overall upkeep of ATKV.
