Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Strictly no events or parties, such as hen parties and bachelor parties, are permitted.
A maximum of 6 guests is allowed.
Children are not allowed.
Strictly no pets allowed. This helps maintain the high level of cleanliness guests have come to enjoy over the years.
A breakage deposit is payable in full 7 days prior to arrival (EFT). The breakage deposit is fully refunded within 3 days of check-out, assuming no damages are reported by the cleaning company.
Failure to adhere to our policies may result in the cancellation of remaining days and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
