Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The signing guest accepts responsibility for any loss, damage, or breakage to the apartment and its contents during the stay.
The signing guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their party are informed of and comply with the terms and conditions.
Occupancy is limited to guests listed in the booking.
The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded at any time.
The booking guest must be present at check-in.
All guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, excessive noise or loud music, exceeding the agreed number of guests, parties or commercial activities, and any behaviour deemed inappropriate by management.
Breaches may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damages, losses, or penalties incurred during their stay, which must be settled in accordance with property policies.
Smoking is not permitted inside any apartment. Alcohol is not permitted in common areas.
A starter pack of essentials is provided on arrival. These items are not replenished during the stay.
Electricity is supplied via a prepaid system. Guests are responsible for managing usage. Power interruptions may occur, and the property is not liable for system outages.
Linen, including fitted sheets, a duvet, a bath towel, and a hand towel, is provided for each guest.
Televisions may require guests to use their own login details for streaming services.
The apartments are self-catering and are not serviced during the stay. Additional cleaning or linen changes may be arranged directly with the host.
For stays longer than seven nights, a weekly linen change is included.
Cleaning covers departure only.
Guests are required to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Furnishings, décor, and household items are selected by the owner and are not subject to change.
Guests may not remove or share any items from the property with anyone outside the booking.
Outdoor furniture may be moved indoors during strong winds.
Some apartments may occasionally experience odours or wind-related sounds.
Certain apartments are located near restaurants or pubs, and some noise may occur.
Guests are requested to report any concerns upon arrival so they can be addressed promptly.
In-person check-in after 19h00 is subject to an additional fee.
Airport shuttles are available at an additional cost.
International plug adaptors are not provided.
The property is not responsible for any disturbances caused by renovations or noise in neighbouring units during business hours.
